About the Project
Lore Travel implemented a modern VoIP telephony system with the technical support of Datanet. The primary goal of the project was to modernize the company’s communication infrastructure, improve call quality, optimize operational costs, and ensure convenient interaction between employees and clients.
At the initial stage, Datanet specialists analyzed the existing telephone system, evaluating call load, number of workstations, functional requirements, and various usage scenarios. Based on this assessment, an architectural plan for the new VoIP infrastructure was developed, including equipment selection, server configuration, and optimal distribution of internal lines.
After the project documentation was approved, the installation and configuration phase began. VoIP stations, IP phones, and PoE-enabled network switches were deployed, and the VoIP server was integrated into Lore Travel’s existing IT environment. Special attention was given to voice transmission quality, traffic prioritization (QoS), and securing communication channels.
The system was equipped with a range of advanced features such as voicemail, call forwarding, group communication, an IVR menu, and remote connectivity for employees. This enabled the company to establish a flexible and efficient communication tool for handling customer calls and internal coordination.
Upon completion, Datanet conducted full testing of all functionalities, configured backup routing options, and trained staff on using the new system.
As a result, Lore Travel now benefits from a modern, stable, and feature-rich VoIP solution that enhances both internal and external communications, improves workflow efficiency, and reduces telecommunication costs.
