The pharmaceutical company Sis Pharm approached our team to modernize its internal communication infrastructure and transition to a fully updated corporate telephony system. The main objective was to implement a reliable and scalable VoIP solution capable of ensuring stable communication between departments, branches, and external partners, while also creating a unified environment for managing all telephone operations.
We developed a tailored solution for Sis Pharm, taking into account the specifics of the pharmaceutical industry, strict data-security requirements, and the need for uninterrupted service. The project began with a thorough assessment of the company’s existing network and infrastructure, followed by a detailed plan for optimizing communication channels and integrating VoIP equipment.
As part of the implementation, we deployed a modern IP PBX, configured internal numbering, call segmentation, and intelligent routing. This significantly improved communication between units, reduced operator workload, and enhanced interactions with clients and partners. Additional features such as call recording, an IVR voice menu, and call forwarding were activated to improve process control and overall flexibility.
We also provided Sis Pharm employees with training on the new system and delivered complete technical documentation to ensure smooth adoption. After the VoIP environment was launched, the company gained a flexible, cost-effective, and user-friendly communication solution that is fully prepared for future scaling and expansion.
This project became an important milestone in Sis Pharm’s digital transformation, helping the company enhance the efficiency of its internal workflows and strengthen the quality of its services in the pharmaceutical sector.
