Maintenance

AbՆախագծի մասին

The Cadastre of Armenia engaged Datanet to carry out comprehensive technical work and regular maintenance of its video surveillance and turnstile systems. The main objective was to ensure stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of all access control systems, which play a critical role in the functioning of this government institution.

At the initial stage, Datanet specialists conducted a thorough diagnostic of the entire infrastructure, including surveillance cameras, access controllers, turnstile mechanisms, network modules, and server components. They assessed image quality, the performance of turnstile motors, the condition of cabling, system responsiveness, and the accuracy of event synchronization. Based on the findings, a detailed plan of preventive and technical tasks was prepared.

During the maintenance process, the Datanet team calibrated the cameras, updated firmware, adjusted viewing angles, and tested night-mode functionality and motion detection features. The turnstiles underwent full preventive servicing, including motor testing, cleaning and lubrication of moving parts, controller firmware updates, and verification of safety sensors and unauthorized access detection.

Special attention was given to the integration between the video surveillance system and the turnstile access modules to ensure accurate event logging and reliable synchronization between systems. After all work was completed, multiple tests were carried out under different load scenarios to confirm stability and performance.

As a result, the Cadastre of Armenia received an optimized, fully operational video monitoring and access control system that significantly enhances overall security and ensures stable operation of the institution.
